“Room at the Top” at 570 Lexington Ave.

On behalf of Landmark Branding and nAscent Art New York, we’re delighted to say that the first of our new co-hosted networking series, “Room at the Top,” was a glittering success. Nearly 40 young professionals from the real estate and arts & culture worlds gathered at 570 Lexington Avenue, the General Electric Building, for a completely booked private tour of the structure’s spectacular Art Deco lobby, led by David V. Griffin.
The group then ascended to the 45th Floor, where our host, Brian Feil, Vice President of the Feil Organization, spoke briefly about the history of the dramatic Cross & Cross-designed structure.
Guests enjoyed a champagne reception and spectacular night views of Midtown in all directions; the party continued afterward at Mr. K’s, the storied Chinese restaurant located at 570 Lexington’s ground floor.
Guest James Andrew, the noted interior designer, also features a picture of the lobby on his blog post at http://www.whatisjameswearing.com/gorgeous-gotham
