936 Fifth Avenue

Pleasant but not particularly distinguished, 936 Fifth Avenue was designed by H.J. Harmon and completed in 1955.  It replaced two spectacular mansions, including the townhouse designed for Grace Rainey Rogers by Carrere & Hastings.

930 Fifth Avenue

923 Fifth Avenue

Designed by Sylvan Bien in 1951, 923 Fifth Avenue is a classic white brick apartment house featuring an attractive sunken lobby and corner balconies, many of which have been filled in. Bronze elevator doors provide a note of pre-war glamour.

920 Fifth Avenue

Another J.E.R. Carpenter design, 920 Fifth Avenue was completed in 1922 and features handsome exterior detailing. The vast apartments within feature multiple working fireplaces among other amenities.
