262 Fifth Avenue

That’s a shame, as it’s a truly intriguing little façade that bundles subtle classical references into a design that bends everything around a remarkable double shop-front surmounted by a recessed three-story bay.
Home to the Megerian Gallery of fine carpets for many years, 262 Fifth Avenue’s lemon-colored paint has recently been replaced with a drab beige that greatly detracts from the design.
