A year later, J.E.R. Carpenter followed 1923’s 1148 Fifth with 1150 Fifth Avenue, completed in 1924 to similar specifications.

Went to an open house in this building awhile back. Gorgeous….. Would 1150 be considered the last “official” UES/Carnegie Hill building on 5th since it’s the NE corner of 96th still in the 10128 zip code? I know the historic district unofficially extends up to 98th (1170), but wouldn’t that be considered East Harlem/El Barrio?
